You will discover inside that through the combined efforts of the Chamber, City of Havre de Grace, and the City's Volunteer organizations, Havre de Grace remains a strong, business friendly community. As we continue to serve our local entrepreneurs and welcome new businesses into Havre de Grace the Chamber needs to be responsive to everyone's needs. This can only be accomplished through our member's voice. We need the membership to participate and actively serve as partners in the Chamber's growth. There are many challenges to be met with the present economic conditions but together as a business community Havre de Grace can remain the best place to live, work and play.
I look forward to working with the members and my thanks to all of you for your continued support. In order to grow we need your active participation.
I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as your President again in the coming year. A valuable reason for being a CHamber Member is that numbers and visibility equal political strength for small businesses. The Chamber can facilitate a sense of community around issues important to your business.
