Headchange Records was founded by musicians and continues working on behalf of musicians to bring their music to the world. We began in 1994 recording and releasing music we believe in. Since the founding of the company, we have gone from a dream, to a growing independent label with several releases. We continue to record and promote music utilizing our professional recording studio, our popular website, and our roster of awesome musical talent. It is our goal to bring new and interesting music from the city of Long Beach to audiences worldwide. Since we opened our website in 1999, headchange.com has been bringing music, CDs, mp3s, video and entertainment to people around the world. We have been selling CDs from our website from its opening without a single complaint. From the start, our philosophy has been "do it yourself, do it right". The most important part of our business is leaving the creative decisions to the artists themselves, not record label exectutives . We think the songwriter knows best how the final product should look, sound and feel. The band and producer know how the song should be recorded and mixed. We beleive in leaving our artists in charge of their creative destiny. Headchange records knows the power of music to move people's emotions, inspire them into action, and provide escape from reality. That is why we have dedicated our lives to the thing we love the most - the music.
