The Heartland Inn is a family run, Christian organization that truly believes in honesty and integrity. We want to show our integrity through fair dealings with employees, customers and suppliers. In 2008, Robert and Justin Schinkel purchased the facility and continued to renovate the hotel property, adding a lounge, restaurant and beer vendor, as well as franchising the restaurant. The Country Kitchen was opened in fall 2008 and is the first Canadian location for the iconic American franchise.
