The HEIDELBERGER PÄDAGOGIUM gGmbH- was founded in 1969 by two High School teachers with the objective to coach pupils and university students. Since that time, more than 5.000 people have used the services of our institution to improve their knowledge of foreign languages.
Today, the institute is one of the most renowned language schools in Heidelberg and teaches German to approximately 250 students every day. Those students come from more than 50 different countries, which promotes intercultural contacts and appreciation, an opportunity to get to know the world while learning German. Besides teaching German language courses, the Heidelberger Pädagogium is famous for preparing students in Latin and classic Greek during the semester breaks. The most common European languages, English, French and Spanish, and a whole smorgasbord of other modern languages can be learned either in intensive courses or evening classes, as well as by individual tutoring.
