- My name is Lloyd Emond. I am a veterinarian living in Rapid City, South Dakota. I was born and raised on a cattle ranch in northern Montana. I graduated from Colorado State University with a DVM degree and have been practicing veterinary medicine in Minnesota and South Dakota since that time.
