Description
High Vista is the active adult community part of the Ridgewood Lakes development in northeast Polk County, Florida. We are located close to all the Orlando attractions, yet away from the noise and bustle of the city. From our front entrance, it is only a fifteen minute drive to Walt Disney World or Cypress Gardens, twenty-five minutes to Sea World Orlando, the International Drive tourist area, or Universal Studios and about a half-hour to Orlando International Airport.
High Vista offers a variety of activities for the mature active adult. Volunteer residents coordinate and schedule the shows, dances, and host of other activities that take place in our clubhouse. Other volunteers maintain a lending library of books and videos. Pool, darts, refreshments, and friendly relaxation are available in the self-service pub. Our pool is heated for winter use, and a spa provides heat and bubble relaxation for muscles made weary by shuffleboard or tennis.
For those interested in golf, single and couple memberships are available at Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club, accessible from our homes by private golf cart or automobile.
