Description
Situated in the very heart of England Hillanhi have owned and bred quality German Shorthaired Pointers since 1970. Over the years we have enjoyed enormous satisfaction raising puppies and watching them develop into loving family companions that are both suitable for work and show.
I began working dogs in obedience in 1964 with a Dalmatian followed by a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. In 1970 we were fortunate to acquire a dog puppy from the famous Midlander Kennels of Mic and David Layton, followed two years later with a bitch from the equally renowned Wittekind Kennel. These became Champions Midlander Peer Gynt and Wittekind Solveig and we are indebted to their breeders for providing us with such a solid foundation for our breeding programme. We have now bred over 25 Champions at home and abroad and have ourselves provided a foundation for other successful kennels.
I am a life member of Nuneaton Dog Training Club and a former Chairman and committee member of Nuneaton and District Canine Society.
