Description
„HIP-Petrohemija“ a.d. Pančevo is the largest producer of petrochemicals in the Republic of Serbia, with tradition spread over the period of three decades. Along with polymers - HIPLEX® (HDPE) and HIPTEN® (LDPE), and HIPREN® (SBR), our assortment also includes the basic products - ethylene, propylene, C4fraction, pyrolytic oil, pyrolytic gasoline, MTBE, and 1.3-butadiene. We are located on 328 hectares in total, in the industrial zone of Pancevo, Elemir near Zrenjanin, and Crepaja near Pancevo. We produce almost 800,000 tons of petrochemicals in a year.

A petrochemical complex covering an area of 328 hectares in total, in the industrial zones of Pančevo, Elemir near Zrenjanin, and Crepaja near Pančevo, which produces approximately eight hundred thousand tons of petrochemicals per year. With almost three decades of experience in conquering new technologies, products, and markets, we are the biggest producer of petrochemicals in the Republic of Serbia. Our expert teams permanently work on expanding the applicability of our products, as well as on the production process and product quality research and improvement. Due to high product quality we export most of our products, maintaining at the same time the leading position on the domestic market. Our basic product plants provide raw materials for our own polymer plants, as well as for various industries ( ethylene, propylene, C4-fraction, pyrolytic oil, pyrolytic gasoline, methyl-tertiary-butyl-ether and 1,3 butadiene ). Our polymers - high density polyethylene HIPLEX® and low density polyethylene HIPTEN®, as well as styren butadien rubber HIPREN®, are ingredients of numerous products that are parts of our everyday life making it better and more comfortable.
