The Holiday Lettings Team
Our talented, enthusiastic and continually expanding team is focused on top quality customer service levels and spreading the positive word about Holidaylettings.co.uk. Ross Elder and Andy Firth started the company in 1999 and now act as company directors overseeing operational and technical developments respectively. They both have years of experience as buy to let landlords both in the UK and abroad and Andy has a computer science background.
Our friendly 'team of teams' is made up of an ever expanding number of staff, currently at around 60 people. The teams are headed up by Sue, customer services manager, Mike, agent services manager, Hilary, who looks after the sales and account management teams, Tom, our business development manager, Sophie, who looks after marketing and advertising and Kate who manages public and media relations.
