Description
In 1952, William Arendshorst, MD, began his practice of ophthalmology in Holland. A pioneering spirit, he brought modern cataract surgery, intraocular lens implants, corneal transplantation, retinal detachment repair, and oculoplastic surgery to West Michigan. This same spirit continues today; Thomas Arendshorst, MD and John Arendshorst, MD, have introduced state-of-the-art extracapsular cataract surgery, posterior chamber lens implants, argon and YAG laser surgery, fluorescein angiography, and other medical surgical and diagnostic innovations to Holland.
Dr. Tom and Dr. John are licensed medical doctors and are university-trained, board-certified ophthalmologists. Joining them is Eric Snyder, MD, a licensed medical doctor, university-trained and board-eligible ophthalmologist.
