Additional Information

We represent Maryland Consumers in claims arising out of Auto Dealer Fraud, Wrongful Repossessions, Debt Collection Harassment, Foreclosure Rescue Scams, Mortgage Fraud, Predatory Lending, and the Invasion of Privacy that often accompanies these acts. Loss of a car can mean loss of a job. Loss of a house or an invasion of privacy can be an assault on the American Dream. If you lost your house or your car or had your privacy invaded because of fraud or deceptive acts, we want to know about it.

Our lawyers serve as a resource for both clients and other attorneys. Our mission is to deliver intelligent, aggressive and thorough representation to our consumer clients while maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity in our dealings with others. We subscribe to the Lawyer's Code of Civility. While competence and a strong approach to litigation and problem solving are a given, we try to distinguish this law firm by our personal service and attention to detail. We try to take the time to listen, and to make sure that our clients understand every aspect of a problem and every procedural issue. In most cases, we either get paid by a contingency fee (i.e. a percentage of the recovery), or we seek to have the other side pay our fees under the Consumer Protection Act or other relevant statute. Getting paid this way helps to minimize the up front out of pocket fees and expenses to the client.

Our interests include but are not limited to the following areas of consumer law:

Did they properly calculate any claimed deficiency? Is there a bar on the creditor from seeking a deficiency? Did they breach the right to cure, reinstate, and redeem laws?
