Holy Cross Church is local Church of England church serving the Bearsted parishe. Services are held each Sunday at 8:30am, 9:45am and 6:30pm, there is also a Taize service held on alternate months. Christians have been worshiping on the site of Holy Cross church since Anglo-Saxon times. The church has been altered over the centuries to meet the changing needs of the village. In recent years horizons have broadened and worship takes place at services in the memorial Hall and Roseacre School as well as Holy Cross.
