is the President and CEO of Hope of Southwest Florida. She has been appointed to Florida’s Long-Term-Care Policy Advisory Council, and has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
Like America’s early pioneers, the “pioneers” of Hope had a vision, a dream of a better life. As caring medical professionals, they were focused on creating a better life for those near its end. Their dream led to the formation of Hope by a small group of volunteers in 1979.
Since that time, Hope’s circle of care has reached further into the community, going beyond the bounds of traditional hospice services, to meet needs and exceed expectations. In addition to hospice and palliative care, our service offerings include community bereavement counseling; state-of-the-art care facilities; innovative therapy programs such as art, music and massage; a long-term care program; community education, and much more.
