Merritt Pride has been engaged in the pack trip and outfitting industry since 1978 and has spent a lifetime in the horse business. He graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in 1971 and a Masters of Science degree in Animal Science in 1973. He has been a Director and Vice President of the Montana Outfitters and Guides Association, the District 3 representative to the Montana Board of Outfitters as well as Chairman to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Montana delegate to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the Foundation for North American Wild Sheep.
Guiding pack trips into the vast backcountry of the Yellowstone region has been the heart of our business for over 20 years.
