About the Hot Peach Pages
Launched in 1999, the Hot Peach Pages web site is currently maintained by CaNetiq, a web-based, volunteer organization. CaNetiq's goal is to provide information on abuse in as many of the world's languages as possible, along with lists of abuse help agencies for every corner of the globe. So far, we have and/or provide links to:
lists of agencies for 229 out of the approximately 238 countries in the world (including independent states, disputed states, and inhabited dependencies & areas of special sovereignty); and
We also include a link to a map and to basic information for every country in the world. It seems to us that the world community of women can feel a little bit closer by even just seeing the names and locations of cities and towns and national parks in each other's countries, and by reading some basic information about each other's geographies, languages, politics, economies and religions.
