As our name suggests we work directly with all our hotels and never through third parties or wholesalers. This is unique in the hotel world and no middle men means our customers enjoy greater hotel savings. Hotel Direct chooses not to work with all hotels in any given city. We approach each city individually and select hotels to cover off the best parts of the city and different guest requirements. We regularly check all our hotels and will cease working with any hotel that drops below our high expectation of hotel accommodation. We believe that all hotels, from budget to 5 star should be fresh and clean in all areas. Service should be attentive, responsive and courteous. Breakfast should be a memorable high point of any stay. Bedrooms and ensuites should be comfortable, well equipped and in an excellent state of repair. These are minimum requirements.
