The Human Design Institute is a center for self study. It is not for the examination or mastery of any belief systems, philosophies or religions. Human Design is a logical empirical science yet the Institute is not for the study of that science only. Knowledge of Human Design is the main element in piercing the veil of the mystery of one's inner workings so the true life can be lived out on one's own terms instead of being enslaved to the conditioning forces operating from without.
This Institute is the first step in the transition from "traditional" modalities ranging from modern psychotherapy, devotional excercises, astrolgy and the concommitant belief systems that are associated with it such as tarot, numerolgy, spiritualism, wicca and other intellectual schools like Buddhism as a sort of combination of religion and mysticism. However, disciplines from yoga, huna, chi gong, shamanism and so on are employed by analysts who can act as a personal trainer much like in modern health spas. This is the most advanced system of gaining self awareness in our time and is the forerunner of the therapy of the future.
Edward L Stanton Is the founder and director of the Human Design Institute. He has studied for eleven years with Ra Uru Hu through whom this extraordinary science came as a result of a mystical experience that lasted eight days and gave to the world the first "map" of an individual's genetic pattern enabling one to finally dicipher their chemistry and understand exactly how their "aura", which is the electomagnetic biochemical entity that is their real self, is designed to operate successfully in this world.
