Hyder (aka Donny H.) for the sole purpose of helping to market and advertise his country music career, but after just a few months Hyder Development *(known then as Hyder Management) became more than just a part time envolvement. Don then decided to go public full time and began advertising on a bigger level to a wider audience. Hyder Development started developing a few logo designs and websites mostly for friends and their organizations, then word of mouth along with the investment of advertising widened the road to financial success. Don soon landed the contracted job of handling the Advertising and Marketing of the local radio stations *(Friends Communications) which helped him sharpen his skills as a Account Executive.
