Inland Empire Milling Co., Inc. was founded in 1919 by William and Ernest Schauble. For over 40 years Inland Empire Milling Co. operating as a flour mill, provided regional customers and customers in Eastern Asia with wholesome refined flour from wheat produced in the Pacific Northwest. Our family business has changed quite a bit since then, but the name, family, and approach to business remains the same.
