Betsy Haas is CEO and Lead Trainer of Esteemed Human Development International, a training company specializing in motivation, customer service, personal effectiveness, facilitation skills, staff appreciation and acknowledgment, stress management, child development, parent empowerment, self-esteem, team building communication skills, etc. A member of the National Speakers Association, Betsy has extensive experience as a keynote speaker and seminar facilitator. She also performs personal effectiveness coaching for executives, managers, management teams and individuals. She provides tools to assist individuals in the accomplishment of personal and professional goals. She has been an instructor at the University of LaVerne and at the Los Angeles Community College District. Combining high energy, humor and compassion, she empowers audiences, coaching clients and workshop participants to improve the quality of their lives.
Betsy earned her Master of Arts degree from Pacific Oaks College and has over 31 years of experience in the field of human development. She is a member of:

Sherrie has 20+ years experience as a human resources generalist, both as a corporate employee as well as a consultant, in the entertainment industry. As a co-founder of the Human Potential Factory, her commitment is to creating work environments that foster employee growth and productivity in the work place. Her love of people and her abilities for teaching, training, recruiting, improving employee relations, and employee benefit administration are a few of the skills she brings to each client.
