After discovering Yoga in my early twenties, I soon began to realise its tremendous benefits and attributes towards a better well being. I began experimenting with different approaches which led me to the work of BKS Iyengar. I was completely absorbed by the practice, the attention to detail and the emphasis on alignment.
From my very first class I was hooked, with so much to learn - not just from the asana practice, but with the whole subject. Iyengar Yoga opened the door to a refreshing, absorbing and balanced approach to my Yoga. This was to be the start of a long journey that has enhanced and added great value to my life physically and mentally.
Lin is a qualified Junior Intermediate Iyengar Teacher and belongs to the BKSIYTA (BKS Iyengar Yoga Teachers Association). In addition Lin holds a full teaching qualification
