The Board of Governors
The Board of Governors includes Ministers of Government from Third World countries and other distinguished persons. The Prime Minister of Jamaica is Chairman.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of at least 15 persons who administer the affairs of the Centre. It includes a representative of the UWI and at least two distinguished scientists - one Jamaican and one from overseas. It is chaired by the Director-General of ICENS.
The Office of the Director-General
The Office of the Director-General consists of the technical and administrative units which coordinate and implement the activities of the Centre.
