The Institute for Continuing Education & Research (ICER) was organized in October 1995 for purposes of improving individual and organizational effectiveness through continuing education and consultation.ICER is currently owned and operated by University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USP), under the direction of Richard G. Stefanacci, DO MGH AGSF CMD.
