IHMDirect.com has its roots at the Artisan Columbia Printing & Graphic Arts Center in Westbury New York. Since 1946, this family owned company, now in its fourth generation, has been serving the hotel industry in various capacities.
In the Winter of 2002, IHMDirect.com was purchased from its former owners who decided to close their doors after 20 years. We recognized the valuable service that IHMDirect.com was providing and decided to take over the website.
Artisan Columbia is not new to the hotel industry, taking an active part on the board of industry group HSMAI - Big Apple Chapter and being a long-time associate of SITE. We are committed to your industry and are striving to provide you with service and quality to win your commitment to us.
