I have been waiting four weeks to have broadband connected various conflicting stories about the delay have been relayed to me by operators and email from their accounts department. They advertise connenction in 10 working days but I have been waiting thirteen days and have been advised by email today it will be another five days (17 working days). Their supervisor said this was not satisfactory and would phone me back to date have not heard from him. As I have been and Ihug customer for five years loyalty obviously means nothing my advice is try another provider.
