When Matthew arrived in San Antonio he had been asked to build a few small web sites for friends of friends and soon learned that much of the development community in San Antonio had been praying upon the uninitiated web site owner.
Coming from a Journalism and Mass Media background, Matthew has experience with audience analysis and search engine targeting and realized that much of the web content being created was being done "just 'cause" and not necessarily with a clear mission in mind.
Still servicing California clients remotely from San Antonio, Matthew began research on the specific needs of the San Antonio Business and how to best service this need. They say that to thrive as a business, you must first establish a problem that you are going to solve and Image Freedom was founded to not only create fantastic keyword rich content for San Antonio businesses, but to do so through education and training that leaves the client with an understanding of the tool, and not just an invoice.
"So many companies prey upon the lack of information pertaining to the web,' Matthew said. "These are honest dependable business owners, but they turn to a web professional for help and wind up being taken advantage of. When I designed the Image Freedom product I set out to create something that served the needs of each unique client and situation, not a catch all with crazy monthly fee's that really don't add value to the project, but just exist to put extra money in the webmasters pocket."
In the final quarter of 2009 Image Freedom consulted with or designed for dozens of businesses in San Antonio and has joined in the social media conversation on the ever growing social web.
