If you are unable to update your thumbnail on AboutUs through DomainTools.com, you can use the following method to create an improvised thumbnail instead.

• Take a screenshot of your Website.
• Upload this image to AboutUs. ( upload an image of the size of the thumbnail since you won't be able to resize it ( 40 x 60px ).
• Copy the url of the image
• Edit your domain page on AboutUs. On the very top of the page you'll find template like this:

 map = <map latitude="29.144" longitude="-98.483"></map> |

• Replace <thumb*nail>example.com</thumbnail> with the following: {{ExtClickPic|website url|imageurl}}. See Examples: 1 or 2.
• Save the page. The image should appear now as a thumbnail that goes to the website.
