INAA was formed in February 2009, by two professional marketers who have many years experience between them – Joanne and Ruthanne Reid, have worked for many of the FTSE 100 companies as well as owning their own skincare company.
Like most good ideas the concept for INAA came from an unfulfilled need – after a very frustrating day trying to get a hair appointment Joanne asked herself the question - "How do you find salons in your area that have availability, without having to phone around and make endless calls." This then led to – how do you find out what differentiates salons to – how do you know about special salon offers – and the rest, as they say, is history!
