About In-Car Express
Backed by a parent company with 20 years trading history in the aftermarket automotive industry, In-Car Express was formed to meet the need for a reliable, economically priced online supplier of aftermarket electronic products.
It's our policy only to sell products of the very highest quality, and we expect the same level of aftersales support from our suppliers. We're fully aware of the fact that word of mouth is one of the most significant influences in most people's purchasing decisions, so we won't risk our reputation supplying products which don't deliver the high levels of performance our customers expect.
We also apply the same high standards when it comes to choosing our staff. All of our staff have a number of years experience in the aftermarket electronics industry, and regularly attend training sessions on the products they sell. Whatever the product or scenario, it's our aim to always be able to offer clear, unbiased and constructive advice, even to those not about to make a purchase from us. We also steer clear of paying our staff commission, so they're never left feeling pressurised to sell specific brands or products.
