My goal is to unite computer users (young and old, new and experienced) through in-depth and interactive discussion that the Infopackets newsletter provides. I want the world to know that infopackets.com is a great source for Windows Help and general computing knowledge.

Almost all newsletter topics are generated from the emails I receive from readers: whether it is about an ongoing discussion in the newsletter, or a question which hasn't been already been answered.

I've been using computers for well over 20 years, and have a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Aside from publishing articles online infopackets.com, I also do freelance computer maintenance, repair, networking, web design, and consulting.
