Innovative Machine’s heritage was founded in 1954 under the name Precise Engineering Company. In 1964 we were purchased by Beloit Corporation and then Beloit-Passavant. In 1987 IMD purchased the assets until 1999 when the named changed to Innovative Machine Corporation.
