Insurance Mart and Insurance SMART (IMIS) initially began as an affiliate marketing site for health insurance products. But because of the uproar of U.S. citizens - some FOR, some AGAINST, and some CONFUSED - about the provisions of the recently passed healthcare reform legislation (affectionately labeled "Obamacare"), IMIS started a blog and entitled it simply: TAKING NOTES.
TAKING NOTES publishes posts on a myriad of health topics, including the subject of healthcare reform in the United States; more specifically, information, news, events, etc. resulting from the passage and implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
