- Diary UK Limited was formed in March 2004 by Steve Webb and Ray McGinty with the intention of creating an online diary service after they had failed to find any existing software which would do exactly what they wanted. They were looking for a diary service they could access anywhere, which could keep all of their contacts in one place and would allow others to view or even edit their schedule.
