From 1996-2001, Henry was a Managing Director and Senior Analyst at Oppenheimer & Company and Merrill Lynch & Co, and was voted the top Internet Analyst on Wall Street by Institutional Investor and other third-party organizations. After leaving Wall Street, Henry was a party to an industry-wide regulatory complaint about conflicts of interest between the research and banking divisions of brokerage firms. He participated in the global settlement and is precluded from working in the securities industry.
