IntraLASIK is a type of bladeless LASIK eye surgery where a laser Microkeratome (as opposed to the traditionaly bladed microkeratome) is used to create the corneal flap.

The technology derives its name from the first manufacturer of a bladeless microkeratome IntraLase.
