InvestorWeb analysts, writers, editors and other full-time staff members who write about a listed company, managed fund or other investment cannot trade that security or investment until 7 days after the story is published. In addition, full-time staff members cannot trade shares of companies that they regularly cover. "Trading" includes long positions, short-sale positions and derivatives such as options contracts.
