2005 is a special year for Henk Verweijmeren & Liz Stewart the founders of Invisible Heating, for 2005 will see them celebrating Ten years trading in the UK, bringing the success of Floor heating systems from Holland to the UK. They are still the main driving force behind the company, who have established a well earned reputation throughout the UK - against the odds, being based in the far North - we have got to be doing something right....
2005 will bring a move to our new design centre and warehouse. Work commenced in June and you can follow developments here . As well as providing much needed space for the design and technical team and improved warehousing. The new building will allow us to demonstrate floor and wall heating, cooling, reversing heat pump, solar, wind turbine and our road energy system.
To compliment its core business of UFH, IHS has added Heat pumps and solar to the range. Over 18 months of research was carried out before a Heat pump was offered for sale. In early 2005 IHS became a fully accredited Clearskies installer No 2134194.
