Description
IrelandOffline was formed by a group of angry & concerned consumers after the ceasation of the ESat Fusion (now BT Ireland) product “Surf No Limits”. It turns out there were limits and ~2,000 users were cut off from the service.
Since then, IrelandOffline has grown to a membership of around 2,000 consumers and small businesses from all walks of life. Its remit is to campaign for affordable, unmetered and broadband Internet access for all who wish to avail of it, in Ireland.
IrelandOffline is a voluntary group of headed by a hard working committee elected each year at their AGM. Memebership is by means of joining a low-volume, private, mailing list.
