About Iserv
Iserv is a Michigan-based Internet service provider (ISP) and telecommunications firm. As one of the largest ISPs in the state, Iserv offers network and voice solutions that cater to both business and residential customers. The company offers an array of services, including telephone and fax services, Internet hosting, business network setup, dedicated Internet connectivity, and web development.
Founded in 1995 primarily as a residential ISP servicing western Michigan, Iserv has made major expansions into the business market in recent years. Today, business clients account for the majority of the company’s customers.
In 2000, Iserv relocated to new headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The facility was the first state-of-the-art, tier-one data center in the area.
Iserv strives to maintain optimum service quality. To this end, the company actively monitors its dedicated lines. Additionally, Iserv’s support staff is available seven days a week to respond to customers’ technical and billing needs. Business and home network equipment also is maintained consistently in order to prevent downtime and ensure that infrastructure is up to date. In 2011, Iserv added a new fiber connection to improve quality even further.
The company is involved in professional and charitable activities in the community. Certified by the Better Business Bureau, Iserv is a member of the West Michigan Technology Association and the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Iserv also has contributed to a number of nonprofit organizations, including the Baxter Community Center in Grand Rapids and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
