ISTPI.com :Joint Doctoral Program in Science and Technology Policy
Description
In the first two years, in addition to the theoretical concepts in Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy, Ethics, Management, and Law; the specialized topics in Science and Technology Policy will be addressed and discussed with a multidisciplinary approach. Students will spend the remaining two years, conduct research and write their theses in accordance with their interests, educational backgrounds, and needs of their respective organizations.
Prerequisite Courses
Since the students will be admitted with different educational disciplines and backgrounds, it is necessary that the following pre-requisite courses will be offered for those graduates who have not taken these courses in their undergraduate programs.
Since this program will be conducted jointly with Sussex University, all the courses will be offered in English. Therefore, students may be required to attend English Language Proficiency Training Courses, which will be conducted separately from the Official Program Course Work, and without earning any credit toward the program.
