About Jalapenos
The Idea of Jalapenos came to us a number of years ago. We found the regional cuisine of Jalisco, Mexico to be inspiring more importantly; we could not find true authentic mexican cuisine in our area. We felt it was essential and logical to feature creative, fun, and natural Mexican cuisine in Bergen County.
Jalapenos menu is designed to bring Mexico to you! Our menu offerings are authentic and showcase old recipes brought to life by our Executive Chef Leticia. Additionally, we believe that the culinary experience you are about to embark upon can be enhanced by Wine & Spirits. Through careful considerations we have selected tequilas and wines to help bring about the full flavor of our menu.
We have selected tequilas which are both mainstream and cult oriented. Jalapenos is about experimentingand trying new things. To that end, we believe some of our micro-production tequilas will blend beautifully with our inventive appetizers... this is a long time tradition in Mexico.
