- Barry, his wife Ronda, and their three children Barry Jr. (BJ), Holly and Adam live in Fair Hill, Maryland. Born in Rising Sun, Barry is a lifelong resident of Cecil County. He began his law enforcement career with the Maryland State Police in 1979. After twenty-two years of dedicated service, he retired in November 2000, having reached the rank of sergeant during his distinguished career.
