Description
JBC Plastic Fabricators, LLC was founded in 1997 by John and Cheryl McGrath. John has over twenty years experience in plastic forming and fabrication, having been employed by Hyvac Plastics, Jarold Manufacturing Co. & Willco Plastics Inc. prior to establishing JBC. Fourteen of those years were at Willco Plastics, nine as Shop Foreman and the final two as General Manager.
At JBC we start with plastic sheet, rod, tube, slab, extrusion, or castings and work from our customer's engineering drawings, rough sketches, or verbal representations to produce finished products. The processes used include, yet are not limited to, sawing, routing, milling, planing, drilling, turning, engraving, bending, drape forming, vacuum forming, pressure forming, sanding, wheel polishing, flame polishing, solvent cementing, gluing, and mechanically fastening.
