Jetstream Aircraft Sales & Leasing Corp. was incorporated in March, 1993. Tom McAdam started with the company in sales; shortly thereafter, he became President and Owner of Jetstream. The Company now exists with Tom McAdam and Jose Rivas as shareholders, with Tom as majority shareholder. Tom is personally involved in each and every transaction and facet of the business; including both purchasing for re-sale and/or brokerage activity. Gross sales to date have been approximately $78,521,730.00. Jetstream Aircraft Sales & Leasing Corp. corporate office has been located in Boca Raton, Florida since 1996.
Tom McAdam earned degrees in Aeronautical Science and Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. His previous aviation experience includes aircraft sales management as well as commercial flying. He maintained a flying status position for several years until he purchased and became major shareholder and President of Jetstream Aircraft Sales & Leasing Corp.. Tom manages all branch offices personally to ensure the integrity and reputation of Jetstream Aircraft. Tom has been involved in aviation for 25 years. His involvement in the Twin Otter market is extensive and the industry acknowledges his reputation.
As President and Managing Director of all associate offices, Tom's responsibilities include aircraft procurement; managing, financing and sales on a domestic and international basis; and all traveling related to negotiating, purchase and sales internationally. Tom currently maintains a commercial/instrument rating commensurate with the type of equipment Jetstream sells.
