Welcome to JK Jewelry! I hope you enjoy your visit. I began making jewelry about 13 years ago out of glass beads and whatever findings I could get at my local craft store. My formal education is in fine art with a strong emphasis in ceramic sculpture. Since graduating, I have learned jewelry techniques from various classes and independent study.
After years of practicing and searching out the best materials, my work has evolved into what you see here: high quality, handcrafted jewelry. I work with sterling silver, 14 and 18 karat gold, freshwater pearls, and semi-precious gemstones. I constantly strive to learn new and exciting techniques to create new and interesting jewelry.
Each piece of jewelry I make is individually handcrafted, so no two pieces are ever exactly the same. I like to use stones that have an interesting shape or color so many pieces can never be duplicated completely.
