Derek has been with the corporation since 1984. Over his tenure, he has been on our sales force, our research and development teams, our management group, and has participated as a partner in expansion opportunities. During these years he has provided high levels of service to existing and prospective clients and the benefit of his expertise in many varied fields of the insurance industry. Currently he looks after the commercial, residential, automobile and marine insurance requirements for hundreds of our clients, and acts as underwriting manager for our "in-house" watercraft insurance program, which caters to consumers and other insurance brokers.
Gail serves as the manager of the Langley office and the administrator of the group program for RCMP, City Police, Vets, and Fire fighters. She worked in the financial industry for over thirteen years, and as well, worked several years as an agent, claims supervisor and insurance investigator, for private insurance. With 10 years of insurance experience, she has been licensed in the province since 1994.
Gail strives to have all the staff recognise the importance of excellence and integrity in customer service, and feels that customer satisfaction is the best form of advertising. Without the customer, we would not be in business; therefore, everyone is an important client.
