Mary Catherine is a Certified Personal Trainer who lives and trains in Fayette County, Georgia. "MC", as she is commonly known to friends, has personally experienced the positive benefits of a good diet and a regular exercise program. She enjoys sharing this knowledge to help others reach their fitness goals. MC especially enjoys working with other moms and even their kids to help them enjoy the rewards of being fit.
MC's speciality is heart rate training based on the Heart Zones® program. She believes that a successful personal training program is one based on science, not fads. MC uses heart rate monitors with her personal training clients. It's hard to manage what you can't measure and a heart rate monitor helps to manage effort and results.
In addition to her personal training business, MC is a Group Exercise instructor who teaches Heart Zones® Cycling, Pilates, Group Centergy, and Group Power at World Gym locations in Peachtree City and Fayetteville, Georgia. Mary Catherine is a full-time mother of three children. She and her husband Joe, an entrepreneur and triathlon coach, teach classes together and train together.
