His success in corporate life saw him progress from salesman, to sales manager, then sales director and ultimately Managing Director in a major multinational financial services company. He has also held the role of Executive Chairman within the multinational. His passion has always been about developing his people as individuals and as teams, which has been the bedrock of his success.
Almost 10 years ago John set up his consultancy, JMI, to focus on helping and coaching executives and teams to deliver to their optimum. The fact that his clients come from all types of industries, and from different countries, proves that his contribution does make a difference.
