J.R. Williams is a success in this and every sense. His paintings grace the homes and offices of private collectors the world over including England, France, Japan, Russia, and Canada.
He follows his passion for art and nature by creating breathtaking watercolor portraits of sea and landscapes from the beautiful Monterey Bay area of California, as well as Europe and Mexico. J.R.'s passion for architecture is also demonstrated in his works of quaint and lovely European villages, marinas and villages on waterways.
J.R. resides in the Santa Cruz area of the central coast of California with his wife Pat. Together they travel worldwide to capture the world's beauty in watercolor for those who appreciate both fine art and nature. He has visited the great museums and galleries to study the work of the masters.
