A member of the KYTA (Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association) Julia has attended 300+ hours of Kripalu Yoga Teacher Intensive Training in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Theoretical and Applied Yogic Philosophy. Her training also included Anatomy, Physiology, Communication, Teaching Methodology, Teaching Practicum, and Professional Ethics and Practices. Julia also holds an MBA in International Business, a BS in Business Management and is fluent in English, Russian and Italian. Julia Starovoitova is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher that has been inspired by many great teachers including: Brahmani Leibman, Tarica Diana Damielo, Naresh Ron King, Yoganand, Deborah Metzger, Jeff Migdow, M.D., Sudhir Jonathan Foust and many others.
